Located in Howe Park, the community center has a maximum capacity of 200 people in the main building, and 100 in the gazebo.
($250 Deposit $500 if serving alcohol)
Mon. - Fri. 8:00 am - 4:00 pm: $250 first 3 hours/ $250 each additional hour.
Mon.-Thurs. 4:00 - 10:00 pm: $375 first 3 hours/$100 each additional hour.
Fri. (after 4:00 pm) Sat and Sun.: $700 first 4 hours/ $125 each additional
Hall Insurance (Required)
$1,000,000 liability insurance coverage specifying Fulton-El Camino Recreation and Parks District as "Additional Insured" OR a one-day special event HUB policy is available through the District for $160.
Alcohol (Requires Security)
$80 an hour. Fulton-El Camino Park Police must provide security at any event where alcohol is to be served. Alcohol must remain inside building. Alcohol may NOT be served at Youth Events.
Youth Events (Requires Security)
$80 an hour. Alcohol is prohibited. Security is required where it is expected that guests will be predominately High School or College age. The cost is $80 per hour added to the rental fee.
Capacity 40 ($100 deposit if renting independently. No deposit if renting in conjunction with Hall.)
