Senior 55+ Walk and Roll

Walking has tremendous benefits, from supporting a healthy immune system to boosting your metabolism and mood to strengthening your joints, muscles, heart, and bones—not to mention it’s amazing for stress relief, better sleep, brain power and function, and digestive system.

We have a regular group of 8–12 walkers who show up each time —so you’ll always have friendly company waiting!

Come join us at Howe Park for a refreshing walk along the beautiful, tree-lined 1-mile path. With multiple places to hop on or off, you can choose the distance that feels right for you—whether it’s 1 mile, 2 miles, or somewhere in between.

Walking with friends is more than just exercise:
Keeps your joints moving and your heart healthy
Boosts memory and mood
Strengthens social connections and lifts spirits

Enjoy great conversation while getting a little movement in—it’s a simple way to feel healthier, happier, and more connected.
