FECRPD News UpdatesCFEC held it’s groundbreaking ceremony on October 11 for the Howe Park Bridges Replacement Project funded by the California State Parks and Recreation’s Prop 68 Per Capita grant. In attendance and pictured from left to right are Brad Friederich (VE Solutions), Jack Scroggs (KASL Engineers), Board member Michael Seaman, GM Emily Ballus, Eric Campbell (Westcon Construction), Vanessa McCarthy-Olmstead (Supervisor Desmond’s office) and Rob Olmstead (Senator Niello’s office). The public is invited to the bridges ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, October 30 at noon by the bridge at the entrance to Howe Park.
