“Gimme Shelter” The Homeless Dilemma, Presented by:Kimberly Chin, Esq.
Homelessness continues to be a challenge in Greater Sacramento. The Fulton-El Camino Recreation and Park District is proud to present a session on homelessness with attorney Kimberly Chin. Kimberly will provide an in-depth view of the law in regard to various constitutional concerns relating to homelessness including camping ordinances and property rights. Kimberly is a partner at Allen, Glaessner, Hazelwood & Werth, LLP in San Francisco and specializes in defending personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims, particularly those brought against public agencies. She is well-versed in the California Government Code and Tort Claims Act. Kimberly has been speaking about the Homeless Dilemma and the laws surrounding it to public entities throughout California.
