Project Discription:
The Conzelmann Community Center serves as the primary hub for Fulton-El Camino, housing both the District office and the main community gathering space. In addition to hosting District meetings, the center offers a wide range of programs, classes, events, and community theater productions. It is also available as a rental venue for local residents.
Originally dedicated on June 11, 1967, the center underwent significant renovations in the 1990s. The facility’s roof, last replaced in the mid-1980s, has now exceeded its intended lifespan. To ensure the center remains a vital resource for the community, the roof will need to be replaced and any related structural concerns must be addressed.
