FEC is excited to partner with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Fishing in the City program to help provide rods for loan at our District office located in Howe Park (2201 Cottage Way).
To participate in the program fishers must attend a Fishing in the City clinic in order to complete a Rod Loaner Card application to become eligible to use the program.
Once you are eligible Rod Loans can be checked out at the Howe Park Community Center Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. For more information please visit the Fishing in the City Website: Click Here
Fulton - El Camino Recreation and Park District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
