FECRPD Welcomes New General Manager

The Fulton-El Camino Recreation & Park District is very pleased to welcome Emily Ballus as the District’s new General Manager, starting August 10, 2020. Emily comes to us from the City of Stockton, Ca. where she was the Executive Director of the Mary Graham Children’s Foundation. Prior to this she was the Chief Executive Officer for the YMCA of San Joaquin County, and Marketing and Operations Supervisor for the Livermore Recreation & Park District. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Guilford College, a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University, and over 20 years of marketing and public leadership expertise that will move our District forward for many years to come. Emily is known for her fiscal management strengths as well as her ability to forge effective collaborations with community organizations, business, and other recreation entities.

The park district and community are looking forward to Emily’s enthusiastic and innovative leadership qualities that align well with the District’s master plan and mission statement to offer programs and park facilities of exceptional quality. Emily is well suited to help our District meet the changing needs of our residents.
